You should book your snagging inspection within the first month of completion. This will ensure you get the most out of your inspection!
We suggest the latest you schedule your snagging survey is closer to the conclusion of your builder's warranty period, typically around two years after completion.
Yes! We know things can change in an instant when moving into your new build home so we only ask for 48 hours notice to re-arrange your snagging survey date free of charge. Any notice shorter than 48 hours, will incur a fee. You can email us or us the contact us page and we will happily book in a new date.
Once your snagging inspection date is confirmed, you will pay your deposit of £49. The remaining balance will be due after the survey is complete.
You will receive your detailed report within 48 hours of inspection.
